Open year-round on Thursdays and 星期天, this market is located on Broadway along 的 west side of 的 Columbia campus from 114th street to 116th street and is one block from St Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital. It serves a diverse population including university students, faculty and staff, St Luke's Hospital staff, visitors and patients as well as Upper West Side residents. While several of 的 farmers attend on both Thursday and Sunday, each day has its own distinct character. Thursdays market thrives on 的 bustle of 的 work and school day schedule, while 星期天 are more laid back and neighbors come out to do serious shopping. Shoppers will find milk and yogurt, 水果, 苹果酒, 焙烤食品, preserved 水果s and 蔬菜, 鸡蛋, 奶酪, 烟熏肉, pickled 蔬菜, 枫糖浆, 蜂蜜, 鱼, and focaccia topped with locally sourced 水果, 蔬菜, herbs and 奶酪s, a lunch time favorite.
